Craig is joint Musical Director for Cwm Choir and also Musical Director of the Cor Mebrion Gwent choir, which is touring Canada in 2006. He is the former Musical Director of Tredegar Operatic Society and also Brynmawr Pantomime Society. Craig is also Producer and Musical director of Blaenau Gwent Young Stars Youth Musical theatre Company.

Pauline is Joint Musical Director with Craig, making her one of the few lady conductors in a traditional all male scene. Pauline is also former Musical Director of Ebbw Vale Ladies Choir. Pauline has also played the piano in many well known top shows. Pauline also has a tremendous singing voice, and has appeared on the BBC.   Ron is the accompanist of the choir. Ron has studied the organ and piano at Cardiff college of Music and Drama. During his national service between 1951-52 he was garrison organist at St. George's Church, Singapore where he gave monthly organ recitals. Ron's expertise has been valued by conductors, choir members and soloists alike. Ron is a highly respected accompanist on the male voice circuit and has given loyal service to the choir since thelate 1940's.

Caroline is the assistant Accompanist of the choir. Carolyn was taught to play the piano at 7 years of age and progressed through the music boards. Carolyn's father Ronald Farr is the Accompanist of the choir which make the pair very unique on the choir cicuit. Huw is currently studying at Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Gwynllyw, in Pontypool, and speaks fluent Welsh. Huw also plays the piano at grade 8, and the violin at grade 6. Huw has also been fortunate to play with the St. David's Chamber String Orchestra, in the National Assembly for Wales in cardiff.
